I just want to share this booklet on the difference between organic food and non-organic food from the British Soil Association.
Personally, I do my best to eat the best quality food as much as possible, depending on my current situation and daily circumstances. After looking through this booklet it has made me become even more aware of the differences (and benefits) of eating higher quality food as much as possible. (Click on each image to enlarge).
