Try this basic but effective brain training exercise that I learnt from a Kinesiologist to help you balance out your thinking. Simply place an A4 or A3 piece of paper on the wall, start off in the centre and draw a series of figure 8s, always returning through the centre. Let your eyes see the pen moving, but keep looking at the middle of the piece of paper.
It’s a really good way to make your hand-writing neater, and helps you to think with both parts of your brain.
