I would say that 98% of the people who train worldwide at any level do NOT record, track and measure their exercise plan. And only about 1% of the 2% who do track their training, do it fully.

Go to any gym in the world and what do you see?
90-95% of guys (girls) who train anywhere between 3-5 times a week (for many years in some cases) with poor posture, bad training technique, average to poor body fat , terrible leg development, a BIT of upper body development at best due to an unhealthy/unbalanced ego.
