There is a huge difference between a “well big” body and a “well-developed” body

I have said to many friends, girls, gym members, guys who lift weights and deluded people in general, “there is a big difference between a ‘well big’ body and a ‘well-developed’ body.” (When it comes to muscular development in men).

I know that genetics do play a role to some degree, but a truly well-developed/beautiful male body consists of being/having:

Ripped (sub 10% body fat).

Near “perfect” proportions (when it comes to muscular development). Few men who lift weights regularly have this due to an unhealthy and unbalanced ego and poor training knowledge.

A well-developed core.

Natural. There are men who use steroids and have amazingly “well-developed” bodies, but who may not be so good-looking on the inside. A lot of these guys are constantly living a lie as they always promote themselves as being natural, when they blatantly are not. This can cause mental problems.

Sculpted looking.

A good amount of muscle for frame size, height and need. (There is some give and take here).

Strong and functional. (Different for the individual needs).

Good posture. For example, so many guys who lift weights (and those who do not) have really bad forward head posture!

Vibrant. So many bodybuilders and athletes have dark circles under their eyes, spotty skin, puffy eyes, sexual dysfunction, mental problems, etc, etc. This is generally due to toxicity, drug use, eating poor food, unaddressed food intolerance(s), adrenal fatigue,  going on crazy diets, not understanding the foundational health principles, over-training, not resting enough, having body dysmorphia and low self-esteem.

Guys: What would you rather have?
